Are you looking for JDM cars for sale in the USA?  Do you want to import a JDM car? There are tons of Japanese classic cars that were never sold new in the US.  This means these grey market cars could not be imported until they are 25 years old and exempt from NHTSA requirements. Everything from Toyota Supras, and Mazda RX-7, to Honda ACTY, and Suzuki Cappuccino are available for sale. 

The R33 Nissan Skyline GT-R turns 25 years old staring January 2020, and will be legal to import to the US. The R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R turns 25 years old starting January 2024 and will then be a legal JDM car.
