We have always been a fan of the look stock, go fast kind of setup. Top mount twins, or more recently big single turbos are a very popular way to make power on the RB26dett. However this R34 may be changing Andrews mind. We have been doing the huge duration/lift cam setup since one of our customers bought a spare RB26 from Signal Auto's drag R33. We found that since the RB26 is such a high revving, and short stroke/short rod engine, you really don't lose much down low, but gain a lot of mid and upper end. It almost seemed like the big duration acted like an anti lag.
